Job Description

•            Supports in Newsletter preparation.
•            Participate in account review planning.
•            Supports in preparing presentation, documents related to the project/event/task.
•            Point of contact for various new activities/ events happening in MU
•            Communicate minutes of meetings to the audience.
•            Actively coordinate with the Sales team and follow up on different tasks.
•            Providing detailed updates to stakeholders and informing them of delays, supports in scheduling marketing events.
•            Develop strong relationships across internal and external support groups; enable effective teamwork to ensure key deliverables are met.

Primary Skill
s
•            Strong communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English
•            Self-starter with a high degree of ownership
•            Proficiency in MS Office Suite
•            The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
•            Attention to detail
•            Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
